So far i discussed points that are on hill top. The picnic spot is down the hill and a very wide open area. You'll find other picnic parties for sure if you go there in holidays. There is is road which goes through the garo villages. You shouldn't go far through that road as i mentioned Indian border is not far away. But i remember when i went there for the first time back in 1995, i went a distance through that road in search of a fountain. I could see the fountain water stream but couldn't find the place it was comming from. Now a days for security reason no 1 is allowed to go that far. The spot is surrounded by hills. You'll be able to see the beautiful rubber garden on the hills as far as you can see. Again there are a few handicraft shops where you can buy many interesting things.
